Is 8ms good enough for playing games like battlefield 3 and far cry 3?

It depends on what your definition of "good enough" is. My "good enough" might be different from yours. My son plays Team Fortress 2 on our 7ms IPS monitor and he doesn't complain at all.

The Dell U2312- and U2412- are absolutely exceptional monitors and highly regarded as top quality options for gaming. I'm planning on buying one myself soon.
