high speed satellite?

I live on a small island in the middle of the ocean, I need relatively high
speed, extreme low latency access to the internet. Like my pings need to be
150ms. Is this possible? any services out there that can do this very
reliably?

Latency is a big issue with satellite no matter what the bandwidth
capabilities.
