I have an ASRock Fatal1ty P67 Performance series mb with onboard realtek PCIe GBE network controller. The Realtek doesn't work, however, a temporary add-in Nic card does. Device manager says device is working properly. Network trouble shooter says cable is unplugged. "BIOS" shows lan enabled. Router is an EnGenius ESR9850. OS is W7/64. Computer is a new build. This board is an exchange for a board with the same identical problem.

Deleting the device from Device Manager, and letting Windows re-install it solved the problem.
