Hello,

I have two gtx460s (each with 2 DVI and 1 mHDMI) set in SLI. I'm trying to setup two displays using both the HDMI ports. When i plug them in I can get extended view, but I need to get duplicate view. When I try to switch in display setting I get "unable to save display settings" error. Any ideas?

the displays are a projector and 23" monitor, both 1920x1080.

Thanks

If you do not need sound from both, I would just use a DV -> HDMI cable(or an adapter both on one card). It will work just as well, but may lack audio(some of them may work AMD used to send HDMI with audio via DVI + an adapter.).

Then just use the Nvidia control panel to set it all up.

yes audio isn't necessary at all. Just hoping there was a solution for the setup as it exists now. Otherwise I have to go out and get adapters

I would see what it does out of SLI. I think on some of the older cards SLI needed to be disabled, I do not know if the 4xx are old enough to need that.

are you using the Nvidia control panel or windows to do the extend screen thing?
