My New Build specs... for gaming but not going for OC, SLI, Crossfire

i5 3570
Asus P8H77-M LE
8GB Corsair Vengance dual
1TB Seagate Barracuda
120GB SSD SanDisk
Seasonic M12II 620 Bronze
Cooler Master HAF 912
Palit GTX650 ti 1GB DDR5 128bit
2 Deep Cool 120mm fans
LG 24'' LED Monitor TV tuner

Given these specs and the casing, can you suggest best fan setup for optimal airflow?

Currently fans are positioned as

Front 120mm stock as intake
Rear 120mm stock as exhaust
Side 120mm Deep Cool as intake
Top 120mm Deep Cool as exhaust

The side fan is directly blowing air towards my GTX 650 ti. Not sure which is better between an exhaust and intake at the side for the GPU.

And any other suggestions?

Ditch the side fan completely. It will mess up the air flow. If you really want it, then make it an intake fan. The front fan should be intake and the top and back fan should be exhaust. The GPU fan will be taking air in and you don't want to take air away from it by making the side panel fan exhaust. Make it intake or ditch it.
