Well, i ve had the XP for quite some time and got the trial win 7 version installed. The XP is on a PATA drive. The 7 is on a new SSD OCZ drive. Windows 7 boots everytime (after i manually select it) when the PATA is connected. Once i remove the PATA, change the boot order from it to the SSD - NTLDR Missing. I want to remove the PATA drive from my system but it wont load the 7 without the XP (and the old PATA)
Any clues here?

I cant pass the bios screen. Missing NTLDR shows up right after the bios. If i hit F8 and chose the SSD to boot - Invalid Disk inserted, please place proper dist (kind of message). I have selected the SSD as primary (actually only) boot. The win 7 install is an image file - not on CD.

since this is a trial not a licensed one gone be hard to repair trial have limited time to use like 30 days ,so you will have to buy one with a license
