these are the parts i have so far. i have around £900 to spend give me your thoughts

this pc is for me to be able to play all games in 1080p on there highest or medium setting and i also want to be able to stream the games on twitch.tv without any drops.

CPU for gaming intel 3570k or intel xeon 1230V2.

Intel MoBo? No gigabyte or asus. asrock extreme 4 is good too. but asus and gigabyte has year longer warranty.

radeon? 7950 from asus or gigabyte. they have best cooler systems in video cards.
PSU 750w from seasonic or corsair are good. bronse,gold,platium labeld are good.

Cooler: H100 / H100i is better.

That case is not best one.

No reason to purchase an i7 or a Xeon for a gaming rig. No reason to purchase a closed liquid loop either when a strong air fan will give you the same overclocking results. Also pay more for a better case - don't go cheap in this area. Here's what I would suggest for that budget:
