Need help power consumption!!??

Hi tomshardware i have question i have 350w modecom PSU and can i run nvidia 210 or radeon hd 5450 or eaven bigger cards at FULL LOAD!? on it at load system specs:

cpu:Intel celereon E3300 dual core 2.5 ghz
mb:Asrock g41m-VS3
1 hard drive sata 2 WD caviar blue 160GB
optical drive whick dont work p
IGPU GMA4500
4 usb devices
2x2gb kingston VALUEram 1333mhz

Actually the recommended power supply for the HD 5450 is 400w or greater.
However, for the Geforce 210, 350 is more than enough.

ok but can you recommend me a cheap but quality PSU like 450w or 400w!

As im gona get new pc i73770k in 5 months i dont want to spend too much!

I meant that if you get i7 3770k after 5 Months, then it will become Old.
New Processors will be out till that.

And if you just game then a i5 is more than enough for you.

well i need i7 because i gona do eaveryday 30 min vids 2-3 times a day rendering at 1080p so i need powerfull CPU but not like x79 platform too expensive!
