Thats just a guess. Wait until the Requirement List come out.

with much eye candy? i doubt, soo many factors, first if they code it better than gta iv, and they say the game is big so thats another factor.

a 660 should be a good bet for a decent gameplay, just a guess also of course

NO.
if u want to play GTA 5 buy a PS3 or an xbox360.
they will give u better experience.
the PC version is not even announced yet!!
hell, it's not even confirmed yet!!
and even if after 6-7 months it is released,
it will be a console port, and a terrible one!
if u have played GTA 4 then u know wat i'm talking about.
it will have bugs, crashes, and will be require high specs, even though it wont be worth it!
and given your rig, i highly doubt that it will give u a good experince.
i say get a xbox, play the game months before pc gamers, without bugs or the worries about "will i be able to run it"
i say just buy a used one
this was hard to type, nothing wrong with my keyboard, just i'm a pc gamer and im sad
