HD 5670 enough for my needs? maxing out

Hi all so i have
core 2 duo e6750 2.66 (stock)
2gb ram ddr2
365w max HP psu 100 ~ 240v

so i wanna buy new GPU and 2gb or 4gb more ram

so can u help me decide a decent gpu which can max out games like gta iv and upcoming gta five or mass effect 3 bf3 protype 2 assasins creed 3 under 1280x 1080 ( thats the max res my moniter can give )
under 100$

i was thinking
HD 5670 1gb ddr5 shader v5.0


i have seen many videos in which HD 5670 has maxed out all new games

Thats a Old GPU, get a better one like 7750 or GTX 650

They are Non Factory OC cards.
So OC them by yourself and get the best performance.

I agree with the HD7750.

You can find the HD7750 for ~$100 these days. It is ~3X as fast as the HD5670 and uses just a little more power than the HD5670 too. Since your CPU is unlikely to be fast enough to keep the HD7750 busy, the HD7750 will likely end up using a lot less power and this may let you stretch your generic HP PSU's lifespan a little longer.

7750 doesn't require any connector of PSU.
It draws power from Pci slot.

You have to be careful about which model you get. Some 7750s have DDR3 memory and you can find them NEW at around $80 and others have GDDR5 which provides about twice the RAM bandwidth and cost closer to $100 new.

With a GDDR5 HD7750, you can play most games with most eye candy enabled at 1920x1080p.

If you want to know how much these are worth used, eBay is your friend.
