Building computer, need opinions.

Hello, its the first time im building a computer from scratch and i really have no idea what im doing, im short on budget, but this are the 2 options that i think are best for me. I dont really need my compuer for anything fancy just normal school stuff and playing league of legends

thank you for your help, i forgot to add, my budget is around 600 - 650$, if anyone would like to recommend anything else around the budget please do tell
