Twin Frozr IV problem

I have recently installed my Twin Frozr IV 7850 from MSI and I love the card. But I noticed that the feature where the fans spin in reverse during start up does not happen with my card.
I have the drivers installed correctly so I am not sure what the problem is.
Do I need some kind of other program for this to work correctly?
