I Am gonna buy parts for gaming computer and i want to render 720p with it is this a good gaming setup?

Case: thermaltake element G
Corsair 750watt psu
Asus P8Z77-V-LX s1155 Motherboard
16Gb Ram DDR3
1TB Sata3
DVD-Rw
Graphics Cards : Asus gtx 560
Asus gt 640

No processor is without question the biggest bottleneck in that setup. Definitely holding the 2 video cards back.
