Blue Screen can be caused by trojan horse, like trojn.zeroaccess!inf and Trojan:Dos/Alureon.E, they will effect your system files, once you used some tools to clean the viruses then the infected files were deleted incorrectly, so this causes the problem.
If you found this one trojn.zeroaccess!inf then you can try this guide
http://malware-removal.****/remove-trojan-zeroaccessinf-how-to-get-rid-of-trojan-zeroaccessinf-manually/
or you detect the one Trojan:Dos/Alureon.E, please fix the problem by following the guide
http://www.wikisecurityinfo.com/trojandosalureon-e-is-killing-you-how-to-removeuninstall-trojandosalureon-e-completely-with-manual-guide/

Still you can research for instant help from computer technician, there are lots of Services online.

Hope this helps.
