I have TurboCad and I want to build a computer that will use it - not games but drafting - I have most all figured out except video card - don't want to spend anymore than needed on the card alone. Would appreciate some recommendations - I hope to spend the most on the CPU

Then you'll probably need nVidia quadro or amd fireproof cards.
What exactly is your price range?

5xxx series Is enough for u and low cost too.

Some cards of Firepro are under $400 and if you need that processing power a Firepro is much better than the hd series.

Requirement for turbocad is quite low if you don't wanna run and other application then HD 7770 really is good for your work also it's cheap about $130-$160
