Mini-ITX build

Hey guys, it's been a while since I have posted anything here in the forums. I already got loads of help from you guys a little ways back and now I'm looking to surprise my parents with a new build. I was hoping to keep it around the $650 range and it have a little bit of power behind it for my dad to be able to play lower end games. Any help with this would be great.

@Chungot9218 I already have, that's what gave me the idea for this build. The case that they chose I couldn't find on newegg but other that it looked pretty solid.

Sorry to say this, but I was trying to stay with microcenter, newegg, tigerdirect and amazon.
