Overclocking 7850

So I've recently bought a XFX 7850 2 GB and am oc'ing it. I've already reached max oc settings on Catalyst (1050 Clock, 1450 Memory), my temps are about 23,24 idle and I've seen it reach around 45 while im playing Far Cry 3 on Ultra. The fan speed is set to 60%. I would like to increase the speeds and just wanna know are these temps normal and how would i get Catalyst to increase max oc. Also what do you guys reccomend i get to before stopping.

The temperatures look fine for me. And what do you mean by a catalyst that increase max OC?
