How do I move files over to New HDD?

I bought a new HDD because my SSD didn't have enough space. How do I move all my files except for Windows to the new Hard Drive. I want to keep Windows on my SSD

For any data files it's a simple cut and paste. Any other installed programs will need to be uninstalled from your SSD and re-installed onto your new hard drive; basically, do a custom installation and/or change the install location to your new hard drive.

There are registry hacks that move the documents folders to another drive

You dont say which version of windows you are using but googling something like
"Change User Profile Location in Windows ...... "should find you a set of instructions for doing this
