What is the best radeon card under $240

I'm about to build a new gaming rig and I was wondering what is the best video card under $240.

Oh and here are the specs of the pc : Thermaltake Chaser mk1, 16gb ddr3, Amd fx 8150,MSI 990FXA-GD65V2,CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX850, and win7 home premium.

I'd go for either one of those XFX 7870's. Good price, free far cry 3, and I've always good experience from XFX
