What to do with all this stuff?

Long story short, I got a server computer from a friend of a friend of my parents. Not sure of any specs of it, except that it has two 2.4GHz Xeon processors, around 4GB of RAM, and I got a CRAPLOAD of SCSI harddrives. What should I do with all this stuff?? All of the harddrives are SCSI Ultra 320, Seagate Cheetah 15K RPM. Are they worth anything? Could the processors and motherboard be worth anything? Can I use the SCSI harddrives on my gaming PC with SATA interface? Not sure if this is in the right section, sorry if it is

You can't use SCSI drives on a SATA interface but maybe your computer has a SCSI interface or you can buy a PCI SCSI card.

The motherboard is socket PGA-604. Pretty outdated. I guess i'll just part everything out on eBay. I wish the motherboard had SATA and PCI-E, I've wanted a computer to host a minecraft server on for a while....

I'd definitely prefer SATA over SCSI. I could sell the SCSI drives, buy a new mobo with SATA and PCI-E for a GPU, and some nice SATA HDD's.
