Is all of this compatible?

Hello, I'm looking to to switch out the motherboard and case of my PC, but I just want to be completely sure that it will all work together.
My current build includes
AMD Phenom II x4 970 3.5GHz,
Rosewill RV2-700 700W Power Supply,
HD Radeon 6850 1Gb,
2 x 4Gb DDR3, 2 x 2Gb DDR3 (12Gb RAM),
H-RS880-uATX (Aloe) motherboard,
