Ok this is going to be my 1st time building a computer and i have done alot of research on getting the cheapest but decent computer for gaming .. this is what i have so for and need some input please ... !

CPU: Intel Pentium G620 2.6GHz Dual-Core Processor

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D3V Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard

HDD: WD Caviar Blue 500GB 7200 RPM

Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer

So i am looking to add on these items :

Memory: Patriot Gamer 2 Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

So if anyone has any input on making this better but not more money because ive set my target for around 300 pound and i think these items are around that mark .. Thanks !

My suggestion :

CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 450 3.2GHz Triple-Core Processor (£44.99 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£32.99 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: GeIL Enhance CORSA 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£30.23 @ CCL Computers)

The x3 is a good option if you unlock the other core, both are decent cpus, the x3 might be better, as for the card, i'd get the 7770 in amazon uk for 83£, it will be better.
