Video Editing Computer Build

Hey. I consider myself fairly computer literate, but I have never built a computer before. I'm hoping someone will check over my planned build and confirm that it looks good and will work before I buy all the parts. :)

Here it is:

CM Storm Scout - Gaming Mid Tower Computer Case with Carrying Handles (SGC-2000-KKN1-GP)
Intel Extreme Series DDR3 2400 LGA 2011 Desktop Motherboard (BOXDX79SI)
Intel Core i7-3930K Hexa-Core Processor 3.2 Ghz 12 MB Cache LGA 2011 - BX80619I73930K
Corsair Enthusiast Series 850-Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply - TX850
Corsair Vengeance 64GB (8x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ64GX3M8A1600C9)
EVGA GeForce GTX 680 FTW 4096MB GDDR5, DVI, DVI-D, HDMI, DisplayPort, 4-way SLI Ready Graphics Card
2X - Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB SATA III 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache Internal Desktop Hard Drive Bulk
2X - Crucial m4 512GB 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive SATA 6Gb/s with Data Transfer Kit CT512M4SSD2CCA

Thanks for any help and advice! :D

CPU cooler? 3930k do not have cooler. Corsair H100 is good CPU cooler for that.

No - get a D14, the radiator included with the H100 is loud and noisy. You don't really need an E-ATX or XL-ATX motherboard either unless you're running like 4-way SLI or Crossfire, something of that nature.
