Hi guys,
I had a slight accident and I tripped on my headphone wire a few months back. The headphones were attached to the front panel, and since the impact was pretty big both components sort of broke: the jack is broken like Nearly Headless Nick's neck, and the hole in the panel is somehow broken as well, I don't know exactly what happened to it but unless the the new jack is in exactly the correct angle, only one of the speakers / headphones will work.
So my question is: is it possible (and how?) can the front panel microphone and headphone functions be swapped? Since I don't use a microphone in the front panel, that one is unused and works properly. Any ideas?
I'm using Xigmatek Asgard Pro Gamer Case and Asus P8Z77-V LX, LGA1155, Intel Z77 Motherboard (Realtek HD Audio).
Thanks a lot for any suggestions.
