I think that ill stay with the 840 ssd, the rewiews seem nice and the price is quite good atm.
Im concerned if the asus dc2 will fit on the z77 saberthooth motherboard. Any suggestions?

The 830 is a lil bit pricer than the 840 atm becouse there are no discounts atm. Will the 50 extra gbp justify the diffrence?

I personally prefer Corsair ram (had issues with GSkill & Kingston in the past), but no need to change.

The Samsung 840 pro, Samsung 830 and the Intel 520 are all pretty similar in terms of performance and speed in the 120/128GB class. I have a 180GB Intel 520 in my desktop (smoking fast) and a 128GB Samsung 840 Pro in my laptop (very fast). I would price shop between those three models and swap for your 840.

If this is just for gaming and day to day use, might as well save yourself some bucks and get an i5-3570k. i7-3770k will increase your core clock and has a larger cache but it's overkill for current gen games. If you need the muscle for virtualization, encoding or video production/animation then get the extra muscle.
