Is this a good GTX 660 card?

I'm looking to buy a GTX 660, but I don't want to break the bank. I have selected this card from Newegg, but is it any good? I want to make sure before buying it. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

I personally would get one with an aftermarket cooler, but I always hear good things about EVGA cards in general
