Building a new rig

I have no experience in bulding a pc from scratch, I know a little about gpus and stuff but thats it. My budget is 1000 bucks, I want a rig that can play all the latest games on high with good fps. I only need about 750gb of memory, a 1920x1080 display, a good gpu, about 8 gb of ram. The rest f the stuff I have no clue what to get. Please help, thanks:)
