Looking for a great pc that can run battlefield 3, skyrim, starcraft, and blops 2 all on ultra at over 60 fps consistently. All at under $900. If this is not possible, I can stretch my budget a little. Very confused on what i should get. PLEASE INCLUDE GOOD MONITOR IN THE PRICE.

It is possible to do it under 900$ with a good monitor and a nvidia card, since he requested one, the 660 ti :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Motherboard: ASRock H77M Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB Video Card ($259.99 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT Source 220 ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.98 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Samsung SH-224BB DVD/CD Writer ($15.99 @ Newegg)
Monitor: Zalman MZ230ED 23.0" Monitor ($122.99 @ Newegg)

Those parts from newegg, the case is out of stock, replaced for the nzxt source 220, it's actually 49.99$ in newegg.

And the rest on ncix :

HDD : http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=74462&promoid=1312
