HELP ME!! Can't plug GPU in to PSU?!?!

I have a diamond radeon hd 7750 GPU and I've been trying to find the 6 pin socket to plug the power supply in to for like 30 minutes now.. I can't find it?? How do I plug the GPU in to my dang power supply?? Please help me someone..

Make sure the PSU has indeed a 6 pin connector, as many of them doesn´t -- if it hasn´t got a 6 pin connector, then you may need a new PSU.

... Most 7750s don't require external power - they draw what they need from the PCIe slot.

The PSU has the 6 pin connector, but there's no slot on the GPU to plug the connector in to..

What?? So I don't need to plug it in to my power supply? I just put it in the slot on my motherboard??
