How far can you overclock a HD 7970?

Here is my computer specs

2700k @ 4.8 Ghz
4GB x 2 = 8GB RAM @ 1600Mhz
H100 liquid cooling
Asus Sabertooth P67
Seasonic 850W 80+ Gold PSU
Asus HD 7970 @ 1125/1575 Mhz

I got the HD 7970 stable at those speeds at 1.2V.
I used MSI Afterburner and thats the max overclocking u can do.

With Sapphire TRIXX I can go higher. I want to know. Has anyone tried to go higher? Is it safe? What voltage you need? What temperatures you get? Is it stable?

Some people have hit 1.2ghz which should be the limit.

1100 is fairly safe if you don't want to play with the voltage or power caps.

1200 is okay if you have a custom cooler and don't mind tweaking a bit

1300 is about as high as you should go if you have top quality silicon and cooling
