New PC

I'm new on the forum but not to th site, I read the forums often so I thought I would see what you all have to say,
Doing some minor upgrading while I have the financial opportunity. I'm not looking to power a small city or anything i am only looking for reliability for gaming and light art design.
Old System

Phenom II 980 black ed x4 3.7 ghz
16gb 1066
Asus 880 chipset

new system and existing hardware

AMD FX 8350 4.0 GHZ
16 GB 1600 Corsair Vengence DDR3
MSI 990FX chipset
Intel 120gb Sata3 SSD
AMD 6970 2gb DDR5
Samsung 2TB Sata 3
Western Digital 2TB sata3
Cooler Master 900 Gold

I'm runing this on 2 60hz 27"1080P @60hz- monitors with 1ms reponse so I'm not looking for insane frame rates, What I want to know is does anyone see any potential bottlenecks and if so what I can do to avoid it. I've already compared specs between the 8350 and I5 and am aware of the differences so please no intel comments, just sound advise with whats listed.
