I am building a computer and I am trying to decide which to get.

which of the two is the best, and what part of it makes it better?

Hi. The GTX 650 Ti is best because the Ti part makes it better (faster). But if your budget is $160 and you must buy from TigerDirect.ca, this one is better than both of those:

If you can spare $20 more, I recommend a 2GB card. Also make sure you have a quality PSU with enough power. NCIX has the HD 7850 2GB for $170 after rebate here:

The 650 TI is faster then the 650 non TI.
