Okay. I have two AMD Sapphire 6950's in my gaming computer and I was wondering if a GTX 660 Ti would be much of an upgrade. I been wanting to switch to an nVIDIA card for a while now because most of my game use PhysX and recommend nVIDIA. Is a 660 Ti a good choice or should I choose a different card. I'm looking around the $200-$300 range.

I had two 6950's and upgraded to a 7970. I would consider this the bare minimum to be considered an upgrade. My fully over clocked card is 40% stronger than stronger than a stock 670 in benchmarks, and it is only 20% stronger than my 6950's. so a 660 ti is weaker than that.

Sorry but...WHAT? :ouch: :heink:

Sounds like there's a lot of pseudo science in there. :heink:

I suspect you don't know what "16x" actually means in this context.
Also you cant SLI/Crossfire AMD and Nvidia cards (except when you hack drivers, and thats only for PhysX).

every response i have ever heard from you has been utter nonsense.
