I've installed new PSU's GPU's and RAM before but never have I built from the ground up. I know sometimes CPU and Motherboard and other stuff doesnt mix. I looked on all the websites and it all seems to check out but I figured I would throw it out to some experts. Can anyone find a problem with this system? Any and all comments appreciated. Also, I know I dont have a GPU and PSU but I can figure that out later. I know those well. I will be using this system for gaming and watching movies. I have a 23 inch monitor and a 60 inch HDTV.

Its a very good selection for a budget oriented PC and will surely work fine. My advice for you is to increase your RAM from 4GB to 8GB as they will do a lot of benefit.
Secondly there is no reason to buy another case fan as these case offers a exceptional air flow and you can put that money on buying a better CPU cooler with better radiator like H60.

Question...I was planning on 4 sticks of the 4gb RAM. Does it make a huge difference to go to 4x 8GB? Is that needed at the moment?

i'd advise against biostar as they are not known to be of good quality
I upgraded the Motherboard to the one you have suggested. Thank you.

Corsair Vengeance memory modules are of high demand these days and are likely to hike all their prices soon and you might have to invest some more bucks
