Sapphire hd 6670 1gb ddr5 games lags

i recently bought a sapphire hd 6670 1gb gddr5. When i tested games like GTA4 and NFS THE RUN iam getting fps around 25 and above but the game world lags irrespective of settings (extremely LOW to MAX).why does it happens even when i get playable framerate? pls help me...i don't want that to happen. thanx in advance.

MY PC SPECS:
windows 7 32-bit ultimate
core-i3 2100@3.1 GHz
4gb ddr3@1333MHz
sapphire hd 6670 1gb ddr5
500 GB HDD
unknown PSU (surely 450W)



NOTE:windows rates my hardware components as 7.1,7.2,7.1,7.1 and 5.9 in their order of CPU,RAM,GPU and HDD.

Upgrade to 64Bit OS
Will surely help.

I did this and got rid of Bottleneck in my Old CPU.

32 bit only utilize 3gb or your ram

lol unknown psu looks sispicious...

even if it write 450, the actual maybe only 200 and it couldnt power your PC properly
get cheap known PSU, minimum is corsair cx 430 v2 at 25 usd

If it is Integrated then post a pic of that.

Thank you very much for the response.But i really want to know what could be the reason for lag without any drop in framerate. Because if upgrading or replacing the psu fails i will again be at loss.

Firstly Upgrade to 64bit.
If this works and you get a Good performance and its ok.

If not then surely PSU is the problem.

Keep in mind gta is poorly optimized on PC for starters and that gpu is exceedingly low end. Nfs not sure about. Hope the 64 bit helps tho!

Ok.I will try upgrading to 64 bit version of Win7. But i think it has launch problems with some games like L A Noire and others,pls tell me how to solve it.

He has to get a 64bit OS anytime in future.

L A Noire when clicked on launch seems like loading but happens nothing(Win7 64bit).

As i already mentioned i get fairly enough FPS to play.Does this happens with a GPU that cannot handle the game?

That surely is a Game issue. Apply Patches and other fixes for that.
Nothing related to your GPU there.

thank you i will upgrade my OS soon.I think it will solve my issue because i have seen those games run better even on a geforce GT610M with 64bit os.Hope it will work for me too....thank you for remainding me about the OS.

hey why u not overclocked your hd 6670 some soft. name are - zotac firestrom,etc

If your running windows ultimate it will use more of the ram than home premium. 64 bit is still a good idea but that is takes like almost a gb of ram to run.
