New monitor UK

Hi all.

Normally i use my TV as i monitor for my PC, but due to some change rounds I want to get myself a decent monitor.

What i'm looking for is the cheapest monitor i can get that fulfils the following criteria:

At least 1080p
IPS
22-27"
Good reliable brand

If anyone can help me pick a decent but cheap monitor i'd appreciate it.

So far i'm looking at the Dell UltraSharp U2312HM 23" Widescreen LED Monitor, it seems to be quite a good monitor but i'd like to find cheaper if possible.

The only Dell IPS monitor i see cheaper is the Dell S2340L, can you be specific about which models you mean?

Sorry, I was thinking USA prices- The U2312HM is more expensive than the U2xxx models here in the USA.

Ah no problem, i often see the Asus VS239H-P recommended in the US but it doesn't seem to be readily available in the UK which is unfortunate.
