its from IBuypower wondering if everytig will work well and if theres anything wrong with it

This should game at medium settings without issue at 1080p. The GPU is the weak spot here. You could drop the CPU to an fx-6300 and upgrade the GPU for better gaming performance.

Motherboard has those by default.

Would i need a liquid cooling system if the new gpu is a gtx 660 evga superclocked? Is there a differenc between that and a fan

The GPU has a pre-installed air cooler. They all do. It won't need anything special.
