when i installed intel hd 4000 graphics card then it says this computer does not meet minimum requeirment for installing software .my windows 7 ultimate

I had this exact same problem last night on my Lenovo y580, I got an msata SSD and was reformatting so i had to get the drivers, try downloading the .exe file straight from Intel's website.
