I am a owner of a g4 power mac/867 and i will work with premiere 6.0. What kind of video card should I buy? what about rt2500, premiere pro one or dc2000 pinnacle? My budget is around 2000 dollars

the DC2000 card is a PC only and will not work on your PowerMac.
I think tat your only option (Before going Pro) with the mac is a the Matrox RT-Mac

Or, you can get a DV/AV convertor like the Dazzle Holliwood DV Bridge or the Canopus ABDV and use the fire wire on the G4. (about 300$)
