Hi

I got the 6630 on an O2 online contract last week (cheaper than pay & go) and it is unlocked, so far I have only tried Orange and T-Mobile sims on it, if you are somehow unkucky you can always make use the 14 day return policy.

More about : 6630 locked unlocked

Whether you have unlocked properly. It will show different method to turn on signals when u insert sim.if you wanna unlock . Keep in mind this only works with
GSM or SIM based phones and not CDMA ones.get the unlock code here http://www.unlocking4u.com/nokia-6630/rs6wp9/
Recheck the Model number- Network to which your phone is locked to and the IMEI number before placing an order.Using unlock code specified in it proceed unlocking your mobile..
