EVGA GTX 670 FTW Signature 2 OR Asus GTX 670 DC2 OC?

I've found both cards at aproximately the same price , the same 3 year warranty and 30day -instant-bring-back-replace policy , which one should i pick? They both are really tempting ( im upgrading from an MSI HD 6770 ) !
