As swifty_morgan stated, it should. If it has some trouble, then run it in compatibility mode for Vista or XP and then it should be just fine. I still can't say with 100% certainty that it will work as expected because I don't own it.

Well after many exchange with Steam and Deepsilver, it is not fixable because the game was not designed for Windows 7 64 bit.

To find out if your computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows in Windows 7 or Windows Vista, do the following:

Open System by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, right-clicking Computer, and then clicking Properties.

Under System, you can view the system type.

If you have Windows Home Premium it won'y play because it doesn't have XP mode. You need Windows Professional with XP mode, which is a $80-$90 upgrade. There are some other requirements depending on you computer hardware. Just check out the Windows upgrade site. Widows comes in 32 bit and 64 bit. Surely you know whatversion of Windows is installed. Look in the Control Panel>System and Security. It is listed there.
