Im starting to look in to PC gaming to get away from xbox and have found a kit for a build but I can't figure out a graphics card to buy.
Im looking to play lots of the console games but on PC such as BF3, Borderlands 2, Assassins creed 3 etc...
My budget is about $150 at max and would like to play these game at about 1080p (charts called it performance level) if I can and I'm leaning towards nvidia and help would be great.

Hi. What's in the kit you're looking to buy? More importantly do you have a power supply unit you're looking to buy yet? You want to make sure you have a quality PSU with enough cables and power for your needs. If your maximum graphics card budget is $150, I suggest this one for $140 after rebate or any HD 7850 1GB you can find that's might be even cheaper.

I'd avoid using that PSU and buy a quality PSU instead. If you have limited budget, this one should be enough for you.

If you like NVidia a550ti or 560 is nice and the prices are dropping daily, I was about to buy one when I found a GTX460 OC 1gig on E-Bay for $70, You do need a good PSU, You can get this corsair for $40 after rebate http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027
