GFX War (Which is better?)

I'm trying to decide which one of these bad boys will come home with me, and right now I'm leaning towards the MSI ($255 in cart, BUT I can go pick up the Galaxy in the store and cut the dreadful wait)

Stick with something with a reference cooler none of these cheap nasty after market coolers they dont last the cards bend and the fans fail all the time

I was thinking about the Gigabyte also.. But I'm a little confused, someone says MSI is good and someone says they are TERRIBLE .

btw, i really hope that they honor the same rebates that they give online in the store. Even the free game, if not I can wait the 3 or so days for Newegg to ship the cards to me (I am not going to purchase from TigerDirect website because Newegg's shipping has won my heart over)

I don't like the cooler of the msi, it's not the standard cooler from them(dual fan custom cooling named twin frozr, in the case of the 660ti is the 660 ti gtx pe) but rather a cheap one, the gigabyte offers a good oc from factory(the best from the links posted here) and a good cooling solution(windforce 2x), the asus has a lower oc from factory but also has a better cooling system(dcii) and it's the most silent one.
