My Computer Beeps!

Okay, so I have been building my new computer all weekend and this is getting annoying.
Every time I turn on my computer it beeps once and a red light turns on also. Please help I don't want to send everything back to newegg.

I have a Sabertooth Z77 motherboard.
When I start the computer the red light comes on then it beeps and then it restarts and does the same thing.

What does the ASUS manual describe the LED as (memory, CPU, or other)?

Have you reseated your RAM and tried one stick at a time?

use the usb flashback and update your bios...sound like the bios is to old to post your cpu.

I don't think that the ram is the problem, but from what I can tell in the manual it says that the light means a CPU fault I don't know.

I could not find the BIOS version, but I will update the BIOS just in case

bios lable on the end of the mb ser# lable most time is last 4 digites or it says rev xxxx
