No bletooth adapter in devices and printers in win 7

My Dell 365 bluetooth adapter does not appear in the devices and printers area.

Bluetooth is under the Hardware and Sound control panel group, see HERE and HERE for configuring devices.

If it does not show up under Hardware and Sound, insure that it is turned on in the bios and that you have a proper bluetooth driver installed from Dell.
