New gpu and now my games wont launch

So i got a MSI 7950 oc for christmas with far cry 3 hitman and sleeping dogs
I had played all of these on my previous gt640
Then i installed my new card, installed the drivers and played far cry on ultra perfectly
Shut down the computer cause dinner was ready turned it back on and now far cry doesnt launch, i clicl play in uplay and it says game running but nothing ever opens up

i have uninstalled and reinstalled all the drivers and reinstalled all the games and still nothing, i spent all christmas trying to get this crap working

Please help me!
