Intel Turbo

Is there a way to set when Turbo Boost will start in the BIOS? I mean under what load. e.g. @65% load Turbo Boost starts but I want it to start at 80% etc.

I can adjust mine by going to Gigabyte's website, downloading their Intel Turbo Boost utility then everything is dynamic on the desktop through the software. I'm sure your BIOS has all the options there too, assuming it's not locked down.
