Best home office pc build for 450$?

I want to buy a home office computer in the next couple of days and I want you guys to check the build and tell me if I can get a better build for this price...

  2. My budget is between 450-460$ at most and the main usage is home office programs like mail internet microsoft office and softwares similar to them...,
    also Ill pretty much like a certain of strong graphical capability...
    Is this the best I can get in this budget?
