New rig, dropped video after changing RAM speed

Just built this rig, and it was working fine the past 3 days. I just rebooted after installing some software and setting my RAM speed changed in the bios software that came with the board (MSI). These are the only changes I have made since it worked last. Now, I have no video to either monitor. The primary monitor is hooked directly to HDMI, the second via a DVI to VGA. Rest of the specs below.

Board- MSI 970A-G46
Processor- FX 8350
Memory- 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-1700 2133MHz Patriot Viper
Video- Asus HD 6670 1GB DDR5
Windows 7 64 bit.

Monitors do not display POST, just says that there is no input. Not getting any audio either, so I don't think Windows is booting at all, I just don't think I am going into POST at all.

More about dropped video changing speed
  1. I think I got it. I cleared the CMOS and it came back up. It apparently doesn't like the speed I set the RAM to.
